Hello, I’m Ivan Bautista.
As an artist, art is evident to me in many ways, shapes and forms. I see the divisions between disciplines, as a consensus maker I have taken the time to learn about them, consequently on my way of trying to understand different points of view, my own expression adopted a little of everything I learned. My work tends to blur the disciplinary lines and can be seen as an interdisciplinary amalgam.
The art world sometimes can be perceived as distant and exclusive, I consider art to be a human and social need, not something that has to be relinquished to a few who can afford it or claim to understand it.
